Setting up my account took way longer than I expected... and a few of the steps just felt confusing. Not the best first experience, I was frustrated by the end

Too expensive for what it is. Wouldn’t buy again.

The stuff itself was actually good, no complaints there. But the shipping cost? Come on. It felt way too high for what I ordered, and it kind of ruined the whole experience. I don’t mind paying for shipping when it makes sense, but this just felt excessive.

I tried using tdsc.com, i’m still not totally sure if I was doing something wrong or if the site is just that hard to navigate. Pages were loading slowly, the menus didn’t really make sense to me, and somehow I kept clicking around only to end up right back where I started.
A few of the buttons also weren’t clear about what they were supposed to do, so I felt like I was just guessing half the time. After a while, I got too frustrated and gave up. Definitely not a smooth experience

I tried placing an order on tdsc.com, the checkout was a pain. My cart looked totally fine at first, but right after I put in my shipping info, the page froze on me.

When I went back to try again, the price and shipping had changed, and I had to fill everything out all over again. Then the payment failed once too, with some vague error that didn’t really explain anything.

I ended up just giving up because I didn’t feel confident the order would actually go through, and I was worried I might get charged twice. It’s frustrating when something as basic as checkout wastes that much time

I was hoping there’d be more stuff available, but the selection just feels limited. I looked around for a bit and didn’t really finds much that stood out.

I was disappointed with this. When I first got it, the quality already felt a bit cheap to me, and after using it for a short time, it ended up breaking way sooner than I expected. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

I also expected a faster response from customer service, but it took too long to hear back and the reply was basically just to wait. I ended up cancelling the order, which was annoying, and I don’t see myself using tdsc.com again.

I mostly went on TDSC looking for a good deal, so I’ll admit I wasn’t paying a ton of attention to anything besides the prices. At first the discounts looked decent, but once I checked the final total, the savings didn’t seem that impressive compared to other sites. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, I just didn’t feel like it was worth ordering unless they come out with better offers.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about ordering from TDSC: the return process was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I had to send an item back, and getting a response from them took forever. Even after they received the package, my refund still wasn’t showing up. I kept emailing and basically got the same generic reply each time. i wouldn’t put myself through that again.

I had a simple question about something I was trying to sort out, and I figured I’d just message support quickly while I was doing a few errands and checking emails. Unfortunately, they didn’t get back to me until a few days later, which was kind of frustrating by that point. The answer itself was fine, but the wait was definitely longer than I expected. Not the best experience, honestly

So yeah, support did end up fixing my issue, which I’m glad about, but it definitely wasn’t super quick. It took a few back-and-forth messages and some waiting around, and for a bit I wasn’t really sure what was going on. But in the end it got sorted, so I can’t complain too much

I’ve been waiting two weeks for my order and still don’t have a clear update on where it is or when it’s coming. How is this okay? I get that delays happen, but the lack of communication is really frustrating.

I opened my order expecting what I actually bought, and nope — completely wrong items. Not the end of the world, but definitely a little shopping disaster.
